Refunds & Exchanges

We are happy to refund or exchange on everything what you purchase from our online store (less postage fees, irrespective of postage promotions) returned to us in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days. Return and postage fees are your responsibility. For your cancellation rights to be valid, you must notify us by email at within 7 working days from the day of you receiving your order. For us to issue a refund we must first receive order back at our distribution office.

We can only accept a return order if you are not happy with the product itself in quality, size or colour. 

You should send the items via a secure and insured delivery service (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery), as we cannot be held responsible if we won’t receive the items. Until the items are received by us, the state/condition of the items is your responsibility. Lemonaut LTD cannot be responsible for any items damaged in transportation, or any other damage which happened to the items before they arrive at our distribution office. A proof of signature is required to confirm receipt. We strongly advise you to keep your tracking number until we’ll issue you with a refund or we’ll exchange the items. Return postage is your responsibility.

We will not replace items that have been damaged from use, are stretched, torn or stained. All products must be send back to us in condition you received them.

We usually process returns within 72 hours of us receiving the items. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable though Lemonaut LTD; however, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly. Exchanges made to destinations outside of EU will be subject to the same customs procedures, therefore applicable for duty and tax will be charged again.

We are not able to accept responsibility for items not received.
